Decent stay in the fancy area. I liked the property and superb food and service. Big bedroom. It was convenient and the bathroom was luxurious. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was beautiful.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

Exceptional location, APOLOGETIC staff and functional rooms. I loved the excellent pool too. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient.

We had a relaxing experience here. It was luxury hotel, had ideal staff and location. Set close to a zoo and restaurants, it was a plus. Separate bedroom and luxurious bathroom.

the hotel created a warm environment. an upscale venue in a great location. as picky eaters we really enjoyed to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to fuji couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.
